Jelly
Is jelly a good alternative to heavy desserts with fatty creams for any occasion. The taste is refreshing, sweet and sour. My guests thought I filled artificial flower jelly and was very surprised when I cut the jelly into pieces. Just be prepared to get absolutely all the first time.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Apple juice

    400 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

Juice I took the purchase out of the box "Apple clarified". But if you want to have flowers stood out clearly prepare lemon jello with sugar and water, it becomes transparent like water.

The heated juice and dissolve soaked gelatin.

Pour into deep plates (I made 2 jelly). Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Prepare milk jelly. Milk boil with sugar, cool to 60*dissolve soaked gelatin and vanilla.

Pour it into small glasses to 30 ml.

I added the dyes, but those against the dyes can be added 20 ml. of beet, carrot juice and spinach juice.

Fill an ordinary disposable syringe

Immerse the syringe almost to the bottom, gently press and take out the needle. If some jelly will emerge on the surface wipe with a napkin.

The middle petals make upright.

Further (optional replacing color jelly) otkryvaem several rows at an angle.

It's a sort of chrysanthemum. It is possible to transplant a bit of green colour as petals (optional)

Yellow chrysanthemum (some blended with the color of the main Apple jelly)

The remaining milk jelly produced by the jelly with chrysanthemum and put in the fridge until fully cured

To remove the jelly from the mold, a plate for a few seconds lowered into the hot water.
