Shortbread cookies with truffle filling
Recipe from Michelle. After tasting the cookies, I fell in love with it at first bite (this is ideal). Though not quite managed to strike a beautiful glaze, but the taste is not affected. Stand on your court (in the search engine gained different variations of this cookie - silence.... )

Ingredients

  • Butter

    113 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Cream

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Glucose

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat with a mixer the butter with the sugar in the white mass. Add the egg and vanilla, add flour and knead a soft dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour

While the dough is freezing, make the filling: heat the cream almost to a boil, pour them chopped chocolate and good cooling (cooled on the balcony at -10*)

Roll out chilled dough on the table, cut rings, place them on a baking sheet covered with paper(silicone Mat) and bake in a hot oven at 200 gr. 10 min.

It rings in 10 minutes, okay cool

whipping cream, cooking syringe to squeeze out the filling on the circumference of the rings. Put them in the freezer (I put it on the balcony)

prepare the glaze: in a saucepan combine cream, water, glucose (no), and chocolate, heat until chocolate is completely dissolved. Cool slightly, dip each ring in the frosting (here's where the problem arose(beauty didn't work) - picked up the brush and it caused the icing). The taste didn't suffer from it. Put into the refrigerator, to frozen chocolate. And you can enjoy. Well, very tasty!!! Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week(if you can't eat)
