Motley roll with squid
A wonderful appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Squid

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Green onions

  • Spices

On plastic wrap, stack the greens (upside down!), on top of grated potatoes.

Sprinkle the potatoes dry garlic, spices, salt and missed the mayonnaise. Put the grated beets, spices. Beet squid in 3 series, i.e. one on one put and put the grated carrots with spices.

On carrots put the chopped greens and onion.

Roll roll and put in refrigerator.

Cut into slices and serve with dill.
