Description
Sauce recipe from Alla Budnitskii for roasting chicken. Due to the ingredients, the chicken turns out very ruddy. The taste is a bit sweet.

Chicken's leg
1.5 kg

Honey
1 Tbsp

Soy sauce
1 Tbsp

Tomato paste
1 Tbsp

Mustard
1 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Shin rinse under cold water.
For the sauce mix the honey, mustard, tomato paste and soy sauce.
Spread it over the chicken. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven (180-200 °C) for about 40 minutes.
