This recipe I have often met in Polish cooking web sites. Decided to cook this dish for the project and did not regret it. Turned out juicy chicken chop with simple but delicious fillings.

Cooking
Bring water in saucepan to a boil, lowered into her bags with the rice and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
My chicken dried using paper towels, make an incision lengthwise, but not completely unfold.

Prepare stuffing. In a bowl, mix boiled eggs, diced, chopped parsley, mustard, sour cream, softened butter, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. The stuffing is ready.
On one side of each chicken fillet spread the filling.
Close the filling second side fillet.
Take 3 plates - one poured the flour, the second mix the egg, poured in the third the breadcrumbs.
Well first collapsing the chops on both sides in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry chops in heated pan in vegetable oil first on one side.
Then on the other. Serve chops with prepared rice, tomatoes, sweet pepper. Decorate the dish with greens. Bon appétit!
