That's all we need for soup, in addition to beets, as it is already in the pan. :)
From the jar with beets drained the marinade into a Cup, it is still useful to us. Beets spread on a pan and fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes Then add the sauerkraut, pour the beetroot marinade and simmer under a lid for 15-20 min.
Onions finely cut, carrots three on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil
Mushrooms cut, but not very finely. Lightly fry on a high heat with a small amount of vegetable oil 5-7 min.
Then add the mushrooms and tomato sauce to the onions and carrots.
Add seasonings and spices, press out the garlic through the press, stir and simmer under a lid for 5 min.
Potatoes cut into small cubes and put in a pot of boiling broth or water. After 5 minutes put in a pan of beets with cabbage and another 5 minutes vegetables with mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt or adding cubes. Allow to boil and cook for 10 mins Pour into a deep plate, season with sour cream, decorate with parsley leaves. Bon appetit!
