Delicious, flavorful cookie that appeals to adults and children. Stored for a surprisingly long time, and every day gets better! Just us, it does not keep long, as it is eaten very quickly!

Lemon

Cooking
Egg mix with sugar, add soft butter or margarine ( I added 100g of butter and margarine), vanilla, flour, bicarbonate of soda, add the juice from the lemon, the remains of a squeezed lemon grind in a meat grinder and add to the dough. Knead well.
Skip the dough through a meat grinder, cut into pieces and bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
These cookies can be stored in a sealed container long enough, it eventually gets better!
