Vegetable soup without oil
I saw in the shop yesterday sorrel and remembered that I have a jar of last year... so I decided to share my recipe for soup with sorrel.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Sorrel

  • Corn

    0.5 cup

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

To put water on the stove. Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes. When the water boils, put vegetables in it.

When the potato is almost ready, add the corn and peas. Add salt (I added a tablespoon of "Tasty salt 12 herbs"). Put a Bay leaf. In the finished soup add the sorrel. Sorrel I harvested myself. In a sterilized jar stuffed with washed and chopped sorrel and pour boiling water. Stored perfectly due to the acid in the sorrel. Ready soup is a way as you can with lean mayonnaise (not a strict fast).
