In a bowl, pour the brine, vegetable oil, add flour, sugar and soda (to repay). Knead the dough, adding flour until obtaining elastic dough, easy to roll out.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cookie cutter or knife, make evenly.
Mechanicheski spread on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven (180*C).
Cookies as soon as browned underneath, turn it upside down and bake on the second side. From this dough if you roll it thicker, you can make delicious scones.
