In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice, mustard, sugar, cloves and pepper, taste. If you have a sweet mustard, you can put it bigger. Lay the ham and brush it with half of the glaze.
To turn on the oven at 180-200 gr. cover the pan with foil (my tip: place foil shiny side down on a baking sheet, and brushed the side of your product - so they won't burn!) Fry the ham for 7-10 minutes or until browned. Flip the ham and again to lubricate.
Spread ham on top of pineapple rings and lubricate them with the remaining glaze. Put the pan in the oven and cook for 7-10 minutes or until pineapple is lightly browned around the edges.
