Cooking
Liver and meat wash, cut into small pieces. if there is any doubt that the liver will taste bitter - soak it in ice water for half an hour but I don't feel bitterness in the paste without it. Onion peel and chop.
Put in a blender liver, meat, onions, add spices, pour in the cream and eggs, pushing until smooth.
Grease the form of vegetable oil and spread the paste, put a Bay leaf. Cover form foil and put in a different form, which we fill with hot water so it reaches half of the form with pate.
Put in a preheated 190 degree oven and keep in oven for 1.5 hours. Turn off heat and leave pie in oven until completely cool. Half of the pate put into the fridge and the other half pushing along with butter in a blender, also put into the fridge. Bon appetit!
