Cupcake Ginger in a slow cooker
I am very fond of cakes with ginger (largely thanks to this simple, simple recipe). Recipe taken from the book "Cakes. Cook in a slow cooker". Delicate, light, very aromatic and of course delicious! Honey, ginger, cinnamon, prunes well, "friends" and made an incredibly delicious cupcake. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Prunes

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

Cooking

In a saucepan add the diced butter, add sugar, honey and on slow fire to keep the until the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat the saucepan, add the milk and brandy. Mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Beat the egg until white.

Add the beaten egg into the liquid mixture. Mix well.

Sift flour and mix with baking soda, cinnamon and ginger.

To the dry mix add small portions of liquid mixture and mix well. Add washed, drained and finely chopped prunes. Stir again.

Pour the mixture into the oiled bowl multivarki.

Select the program "Bakery", set the time 1 h 10 min. the slow cooker off, take out the bowl.

The finished cake leave for 10-15 minutes in the bowl of the slow cooker, then gently extracted using the bowl for roasting. Let it cool down completely and decorate according to your desire: pour icing, chocolate or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
