Cooking
All elementary! Mix the flour with sugar and finely chopped rosemary.
Melt the butter (I melt in the microwave), cool slightly.
Mix flour with butter, knead the dough,
roll into a sausage, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator, cut into slices with a thickness of 3-5 mm.
Bake at 180C for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush with honey, sprinkle with sugar and salt and put into the oven for another couple of minutes.
It turned out aromatic and delicious cookies! True true!!! For those who love rosemary like it!)) The dough in the fridge I spent almost a day instead of 30 minutes. Made from evening until the next evening, baked. Yes, rosemary I wasn't exactly fresh...it's not green, but still not quite dry...this "half-dead"...))) the Salt must be a large sea! if anyone is confused by the combination of the salt-sugar can only sprinkle with brown sugar.
