Cooking
Preheat the oven to 175 gr. Peel the onions and finely chop. Mushrooms wash and cut into slices. Parsley wash, give to drain water and finely cut. In a saucepan melt the butter for 5 minutes, saute the onions and mushrooms.
Braised mushrooms put in a fireproof baking dish. Fish fillet will spolocnom cold water and place on the mushrooms. Sprinkle with parsley, add salt, pepper, Bay leaf and thyme.
Milk bring to a boil. Starch dissolve 3 tbsp. of water and, with continuous stirring, pour in the boiling milk. Continue to stir until a thick sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fish and bake under foil in the oven for 10 minutes. Bacon (I didn't use it) saute until crisp.
Cases 10 minutes increase oven temperature to 220 gr. Sprinkle fish with breadcrumbs and place on it the fried bacon. And again in the oven for another 10 minutes, but not covering with foil.
Place the fish on a plate, pour the sauce! BON APPETIT!
