Cookies with filling
Incredibly delicious, crumbly cookies with a juicy filling. Fruit for the filling can be any - to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Fruit

    300 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

1. Flour mixed with salt and sugar. Add the butter, cut into cubes. RUB the mass into powder. Add the ice water and gather the dough into a ball. Flatten, put in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Drain cut into small pieces. In a saucepan, mix the plums, sugar, starch and water. Bring to boil and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Cool.

3. Preheat the oven to 180*C. lightly beat Egg. Chilled roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment. Cut out hearts or any other figures.

4. On one heart put a little fruit filling.

5. Edge grease egg, cover with the second heart and take a good edge. Convenient to do it with a fork.

6. Grease cookie on top of the egg, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment and cook for 10-15 minutes, until Golden brown.
