Beetroot brownies with cherries and almonds
I represent to Your attention a Lenten brownie based on a puree of beets. To be tender, moist cake, complemented by dried cherry and toasted almond. Very tasty, I recommend! ;)

Ingredients

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    25 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

Beets minced with a blender into a puree, add water and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour the oil Oleina.

Pour the flour with cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla, mix well.

Add the chopped almonds and the chopped cherries.

Mix well.

The dough is put in molds, sprinkle with chopped chocolate.

Bake at 180*C for 35 minutes.

Before serving, decorate with candied cherries.
