Cooking
Make the dark dough.1/2 egg mixed with 1 tbsp sugar,1 tbsp flour and add a little soda.
Cut baking paper the size of baking tray(my baking tray 37 cm*24 cm,number of products designed for such small size). To draw on this paper tiger prints, then lay it on a baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil.A toothpick dipped in dark dough and gently repeat the drawings of the marks on the paper. It is very hard work.Put the baking pan in the freezer for 1 hour to dark dough is frozen.
Before removing the pan from the freezer, make a light dough.Eggs, vanilla and sugar beat with a mixer incandescent.Add flour and soda(on the tip of a knife).Again beat well with a mixer.
To get the pan out of the freezer and pour the drawings of tiger tracks light test.
Bake at T 180C for approximately 9-10 minutes Ready cake roll on a clean towel and close it with another towel and leave for 10-15 mins(better paper departs from the test).Remove the paper.Around the perimeter of the cut strips with a thickness of about 1 cm Cut the cake into strips(can't find photos of the cut cake, just photographed, and can not find),judging by the pan, then cut into three strips lengthwise and crosswise in the middle, turns 6 lanes.
Ice cream in 40 min. to put from the freezer to the fridge so it was soft.On one end of each strip to put the ice cream and to connect the ends(I do not know how to write, can be to wrap the ice cream).this must be done quickly so the ice cream melts.to put the dessert on the plate and send in the freezer.an hour before serving put the orange pulp, pour the melted chocolate and put in the refrigerator(not the freezer, otherwise you will get frozen orange and the same dough). Believe me,it's delicious!
