Dedicated opposers of dishes from the liver :-). I've always loved dishes from the liver, but its specific smell and taste of many, to put it mildly, appetite suppressant :) I've tried different ways of cooking, different recipes, but alas, the smell always remained. This recipe was my next experiment and, in my opinion and the taste of my household, was successful: the smell disappeared and the taste, the liver was very tasty, tender, with a crispy crust. My nephew called this dish - liver chips.

Cooking
The liver, the thawed, cut into slices with thickness less than 1 cm (the thinner the better). If you have a chilled, slightly podmorozit in the freezer, it will be easier to slice thinly.
Repel sliced pieces on both sides.
In one dish beat the eggs in another mix the breadcrumbs with salt and spices.
Dip chops in beaten eggs.
And then in the breadcrumbs. Fry on medium heat on each side for 3-4 minutes.
