Cooking
Mix softened butter, egg (keep a little egg for lubrication), salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder. Whisk a couple of minutes, it is desirable that the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the flour, knead the dough. Perhaps it will be a little sticky but do not add much flour.
Put the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. It's cold, so it will be easier to work with.
Then roll the dough on the table, heavily floured. Roll out to a thickness of about 6-7 mm. Glass to cut out circles.
Cut out the middle. Put the cookies on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Put the baking pan in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
While the dough is cooled, chop the nuts finely. We've learned that this cookie is made with peanuts, but the Guest is not registered, what kind of nuts can be used. I have done it with different nuts and peanuts, and walnuts. Shown here with walnuts.
Then remove, coat with the egg that you left a little bit when kneading dough. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Will not overdo!!! Cookies should not brown much.
Of the remaining dough I roll out thin circles, put them into molds, and baked along with the biscuits. Then begins their fruit salad and whipped cream. It was very tasty!!!
