Cooking
Mix cereals and bran.
Add the sugar (syrup) and cinnamon.
Add coffee, cocoa and eggs.
Stir until smooth. Milk is necessary only in the case if you added the sugar and the mass is turned loose. I have the syrup, so there is no need in milk and the mass is thick and sticky. You can go a little less or a little more milk, you need to focus on the consistency of the dough. It should be pretty thick to spoon or wet hands to form balls. If the dough crumbles, add more milk.
Shape small balls and put on baking tray (use baking paper). Slightly flatten with your hand. Cookies do not spread in the oven, so it can be stacked with a small distance from each other. Bake at 200 C until Browning (about 10-15 minutes depending on oven).
Serve with sauce. Banana + 2 tsp lemon juice + 1H. liter of plain yogurt; mix well until smooth (I used whisk, blender can).
