Cooking
First prepare the pancakes. For the dough take whey, egg, flour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda.
All the punched blender or whisk until smooth dough.
Bake thin pancakes. For the first pancake is possible to grease the pan with oil, and the rest bake on a dry pan. I got 8 pancakes.
Each pancake grease a teaspoon of apricot jam.
And turn tightly in a tube.
With a sharp knife cut the pancakes into small pieces about 1 cm thick. The tails give the children rolls and lay out the form for dessert, which was pre-vitilem film.
Next, prepare souffle. For this mix the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 teaspoons of agar-agar.
Bring mixture to simmer to a boil (stir so it doesn't burn). Boil for one minute. Remove from the heat.
Proteins whisk in a solid foam at high speed, then reduce speed of mixer to minimum, and a thin stream pour hot milk syrup. When the syrup mix, immediately turn off the mixer.
Immediately add in the marshmallows with 1 tablespoon of jam and quickly but carefully (you can not until smooth) stir.
Immediately spread the marshmallows in a form and put in the freezer for a few minutes.
Jelly 150 g of water, stir the remaining jam and 1 tsp. of agar-agar.
Bring jelly to a boil while stirring, boil one minute, and then pour the jelly into the form evenly over souffle.
Send the dessert in the freezer for 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for 15-20. Then turn the dessert onto a plate and cut into portions.
