In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg and spices - mix until smooth. Wet hands formed into meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake them in a preheated 170*With the oven for about 30 minutes.
For the sauce in a saucepan and fry the flour until a pale cream color, gradually pour in the tomato sauce. Remove the skillet from the heat, stir well to avoid lumps. Return the saucepan to the stove, add salt, pepper (who loves dill, parsley) sour cream. The finished sauce pour the prepared meatballs and return to oven for 20 minutes.
