Description
This "casserole" pasta can be a delicious and quick option for lunch or dinner, as you like. In fact, it took me more time to write a prescription than it will take to cook it! )) And all due to the fact that all the components of this dish can be prepared almost at the same time. That is, while you boil water for pasta and while they are boiled! I think that recipe will be appreciated by lovers of pasta in General, and baked pasta in particular.

Cooking
A big pot of water for pasta to put to boil on the fire. Meanwhile, in small saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter and quickly mix with the breadcrumbs. Get so wet bread crumbs. Set aside.
Simultaneously in another frying pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté the vegetable mixture. It moict to be any vegetable freezing! But, I like "tricolor" - broccoli florets, cauliflower and carrots. (this time I was still with green peas and bell peppers). Vegetables can spice up your favorite blend of spices. Only parboil for 5-7 minutes, cover and set aside.
Begin to prepare the "white sauce". To do this in a frying pan with a thick bottom sauté chopped celery and onion in 3 tbsp butter until transparent bow. Add the flour and mix well.
Gradually pour in the warm (!) the milk and stock, then you have not formed lumps. Of course, mix thoroughly and let the sauce boil. Reduce heat and boil 1 minute until thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, in boiling salted water, boil the pasta (macaroni), as indicated on the packaging time reduced by 5 minutes. Drain the finished pasta and set aside. It may be pasta in your favorite format! Better something like "shells", "butterflies" or "spiral" (fusilli)...
Pasta drain. In a large bowl to put the finished pasta, add the vegetable mixture and tuna from a can (pre-drain the oil).
Dress it with sauce and stir gently!
Put in refractory (or ceramic) in the form and sprinkle the top with mixture of crackers.
Put bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is browned. Ready casserole remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes. You can call all to the table!
