here are our main products!! chicken to start grind with onion in meat grinder, bread soaked in water, squeeze and grind too
The onion-chicken mixture grind in a blender, puree
to the mince add eggs and bread, salt and pepper
cut pineapples into small pieces and put in the minced meat, mix well, whisking with your hands, for the ingress of air
Ready stuffing put in portions molds, sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and bake it in the oven for 45 mins at 180 deg.
