Cake-jelly
For the recipe many thanks to the magazine "Love to cook" and author Irina Kozlova. Very delicious, creamy and light cake which just melts in your mouth))).

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Gelatin to dissolve in warm milk, cool.

Yogurt bring to a boil, cool, drain in a colander.

To connect the resulting curds, and milk, cream, sugar; to beat.

Divide the dough in half, in one part add cocoa. Spread the dough with a spoon turns dark - light, to filling forms.

Then put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
