Dessert "The Stranger"

The first time, perhaps, it was difficult to come up with the name. But I hope you will support me, "the Stranger" here goes: "Strawberries, which we didn't know..." Ah!!! From the series "a Trifle, but nice!"

Ingredients

Strawberry

250 g
Soft cheese

100 g
Vanilla sugar
Vodka

1 Tbsp
Cream

100 g
Thickener for cream

Cooking

Whip cream, add vanilla sugar, cheese type "Philadelphia" or cottage cheese. Whisk everything together. It would be nice to add a fixer for cream.

A large strawberry cut into a criss-cross pattern almost to the ground. To cut the stalk so the berries could be put in the dish! Using a pastry syringe to squeeze the cream inside the strawberry, gently pushing the resulting "petals". Spread on a large platter and decorate with chocolate shavings.
