Meringue with coconut
The basis meringue I took the boy of Valentina(begi) and added coconut. Sometimes did not, but this recipe I am very happy. My family loved it! Barely had time to take pictures. Valya, thank you so much!!!!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

Whip chilled whites. As soon as a thick foam, add baking powder. Continue whisking further, the mass will double. Gradually add powdered sugar (a little), and coconut flakes. The whole process of whipping should not exceed 7-8 minutes, otherwise the whites will begin to fall.

Pre-heat the oven to 130 deg. On a baking sheet to put baking paper and spread the meringue with a teaspoon, reduce the temperature to 100 deg. and bake the meringues for approximately 1 hour. Bon appetit!!!
