I wanted something gentle, sweet with shomenuchi - and there was this super-dessert!

Cooking
Soak gelatine in small amount of water (a couple tablespoons), leave to swell. Cream beat until fluffy cream, add the milk (I buy already prepared and can be cooked without opening the jar, within 2 hours). Melt the gelatin and pour in the cream, all again carefully mix.
At the bottom of the vases optionally, you can put different Goodies - I coarsely crumbled chocolate cookies and put a large muscatel raisins.
Put the jelly, cover with grated chocolate, you can wait until the jelly hardens and drizzle chocolate glaze. Now for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Our caramel yummy ready!
