My family loves potatoes. And here one of variants of its preparation. Tasty and not very troublesome.

Ingredients

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

Potatoes choose medium, about the same size. Wash, peel and cut the (ordinary or a special knife).

The stuffing squeeze the garlic, add salt, pepper, allspice. Mix well.

Fill this mixture into the potatoes.

Carrots (large) grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings. Fry in a pan, at the end of cooking, add ketchup and a little water, bring to boil. Turn off the heat.

Potatoes put in a bowl, fill it with water (so that the potatoes were completely covered), add salt and cook on medium heat until soft. Then add zazharku with ketchup. To cook to readiness.
