Rolls
As promised (sorry for the delay) show another technique for preparation of "colored" roll.

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Nori

  • Caviar

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Cooked rice, dressed with vinegar and divide into three equal parts.

Mix each part separately with caviar.

On a sheet of nori , departing a couple of inches from the edge , lay the rice in rows, as shown in the photo.

Put another sheet of nori and , using chopsticks , pressed it between rows of rice.

(In the resulting recess can put any filling of your choice).

Now gently roll so that each row rice leaned on the next row, not in the aisle!!!(Photo, unfortunately, disappeared somewhere, but in the process everything is so clear))) the ends of the nori wetted with water. In the end it should be "round" roll.

Cut into equal pieces and admire what happened.)))
