Cocoa, bagels with raspberry jam and chocolate pasta
Cocoa, bagels with two types of fillings - raspberry jam and Nutella. This is entirely my improvisation. Crisis bagels, because sometimes it's good to save even sweet, especially homemade always tastes better. And, as tomorrow is expected to visit the parents, I looked in the fridge: there was an ancient lonely kefir, a half-jar of homemade raspberry jam, the remains of the chocolate paste and more stuff.... this resulted in birth of this idea. By the way, chocolate raspberry aroma throughout the apartment))

Ingredients

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Jam

  • Pasta chocolate

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Of oil (softening), yogurt, sour cream, salt, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and flour knead the dough. Pour the flour gradually, the dough should be soft and not stick to hands. Throw it in the fridge. I lie down for a couple of hours

The dough is not very sweet and that's the way to dip a bagel in sugar - nice and sweet! So my mom always makes with the usual bagels

And this is chocolate pasta.... I thought when baking jam flow, and pasta no - he was both slightly leaking, although the pasta was out of the fridge, solid

Bake at 180-200*C until ready. I define the following: the bottom was cooked, top with sugar "flushed", but the smell is "gone" from room to room. Bon appetit!
