Fish cakes
It all started with the fact that the day before yesterday my husband brought home from fishing about 30 kg fish. The first time was so biting - and on a single rod. And he has experience fishing for about 35 years. I didn't know where to put it, someone to distribute. The most beloved dish of fish - burgers. Calling mother-in-law, says, "Put zucchini or squash, lusher will be." And she was right, to come off was simply impossible.

Clean the fish, separate fillets (skin left). Peel the onion, zucchini. Them the fish with the zucchini, onion, bacon, baguette. Add salt, spices (pepper mix), egg and thoroughly kneaded. Shape the cutlets, dip them in flour. Fry on a heated with oil pan on both sides until Golden brown (about 20 minutes).
