Sift flour, add salt, sugar, chop with butter until crumbs. Pour 3 tablespoons of ice water, knead the dough. Add flour as needed. Let sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Pumpkin cut into slices, put onto greased baking sheet and bake (about 40-50 min) at 180 C.
