Rice-Apple candy
Not everyone can eat candy... so me one case were prepared such unusual candy... that was more dietary, but not everyday.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Fruit puree

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    13 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

Soak gelatine in water for 10 minutes. Then heat until dissolved. Do not boil!

Boiled rice combine with applesauce and beat well in a blender until smooth.

To put gelatin in weight and a little beat for lightness. For color I added a drop of yellow food coloring.

Candy mass to spread out in molds and allow to harden in the cold for several hours.
