Potatoes in cream sauce
Very delicious potatoes. It was a favorite dish in my childhood - my mom, my sister and I often cooked. Maybe you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash and coarsely chop, add salt, I also add preservatives.

Fry on high heat, stirring constantly until Golden brown.

Fried potatoes add to the pot, add some water and simmer on a slow fire under the lid.

Separately fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrots in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Roasted vegetables, put in the potatoes, stir and saute until cooked potatoes. In the end, add the sour cream and saute 3 minutes.
