A salad of cooked eggplant, eggs, onion and mayonnaise. Just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Rosemary

  • Marjoram

  • Sage

  • Salt

Eggplant peel and cut into cubes.

In boiling water add spices and chopped eggplant. Cook for 5 minutes. Cut into cubes onion and put in a colander. Recline the finished eggplant and allow to drain. Then we shift to the salad bowl.

Egg cut into cubes and mix with the eggplant and blanched onions. Add the mayonnaise, salt to taste.
