Another option feeder fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

Prepare the ingredients.

Fillet cut into 3 pieces. Cheese is also cut into 3 pieces. Garlic rubbed on a fine grater. Basil is finely chopped. Egg mix well.

Fish salt, brush with the beaten egg. On one half put a little bit of Basil, garlic and a piece of cheese. For cheese to put on top of another Basilica.

Smear the fish with egg and roll in flour. The pan pour oil, heat and fry the fish for 1 min on each side.

In a pan pour a some water and put 10 - 15 mins in the oven at t=200 until fully cooked.
