Cooking
The eggs boil hard boiled, peel and cut into cubes. One yolk to leave for decoration.
Cucumber - also diced
And onions.
To fill two spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, mustard, salt, mix well.
On top spread the remaining sour cream or mayonnaise and crumble the yolk. Bon appetit!
