Warm salad with mussels
Delicious, quick salad, perfect for a meal during lent. Recipe taken from the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Cabbage Chinese

    0.25 share

  • Mussels

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the carrots cut in small strips,3 min. Add thawed and scalded mussels (squeeze out liquid). Stir and fry 2 min.

Leek and Chinese cabbage into thin strips. In mussels, add the soy sauce, put the onion and cabbage. Cook for another 2 min.

Remove from heat, sprinkle lime juice, mix and serve. I love this salad with pickled ginger.
