I love the rennet for this recipe! First tasted at the Christmas table in a visiting aunt of my husband. Don't even know whether it is a traditional recipe in Portugal, as well as these baked apples nowhere else did not eat. My personal addition was the replacement of ordinary green tea in Jasmine, in my opinion this dish just won.

Cooking
Wash the apples, remove the core, put in a baking dish.
In the middle of the apples sprinkle sugar, sprinkle brown sugar on the apples on top, gently pour water into the form, level up to half of the Apple.
Put in the oven (180-200C), let the water boil, in boiling water add tea leaves (in the tea bag or tea strainer), leave in the oven until brown sugar on top of the apples forms a burnt caramel. Before serving better cool down a bit if dish apply warm, not hot the smell of Jasmine will become even more intense. Bon appetit!
