Fish baked in foil with potatoes
A very aromatic and delicate taste of the fish. Served this dish with cranberry sauce D arbo, who also contributes a flavor note in this dish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Berry sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cracker

    2 piece

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Greens

Take a solid piece of fish and RUB with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces. Spread half of potatoes on foil.

The second part of the potatoes mix with half rings of onion. Fill the fish in this mixture. The top and sides grease the fish with sour cream.

Grind the Graham crackers and sprinkle them over the fish.

Wrap the fish in foil and put in preheated oven on the bottom shelf. Bake 35-45 minutes on low heat.

Take out fish from oven, open foil. Allow to cool a little and make cuts with a sharp knife.

Incisions filled cranberry sauce. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with greenery.
