Prawns in potato coat
This recipe I saw on TV a year ago and since then occasionally cook for guests is a quick and very tasty dish. Heartily recommend. Certainly not diet food, but it's very, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Lemon juice

    30 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Shrimp clean, remove intestinal wreath, pour the mixture of soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Leave to marinate 8
