Gutsle, Brоtle, Kekse or Plаtzchen - to Christmas baking there are a lot of names. But they mean the same thing – sweet little cookies of various shapes and taste. If you give with love baked cookies, will deserve sincere thanks. In addition, kneading and rolling out dough, icing ready-made forms is the most appropriate activity for a cold Sunday. And the smell of Christmas baking, quickly filling the whole apartment, instantly creates the mood. Delicious shortbread biscuits with a jam layer, on the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Put the flour in a pile on the table, in the recess, add sugar, vanilla, almond oil, to break (cut) into pieces, put on flour. The whole mass chop with a knife until smooth. Add the egg, then hands knead the dough, divide in two, wrap with foil, put into the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
