Pumpkin-cheese biscuits to wine
I would like to share a recipe for a great biscuit snack, perfect for good glass of wine! The cookie turns out soft, crumbly, cheesy and very very tasty! Stored up to 3 days in tightly closed glass containers.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pumpkin seeds

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Onions finely chop, pumpkin grate on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil on high heat for 3-4 minutes, adding soy sauce "Kikkoman" and stirring constantly.

Prepared vegetables blend, cool.

The cheese and butter to RUB on a large grater, add the egg and mayonnaise, mix well.

In the mixture add the cooled vegetables and sifted with the baking powder and the flour. Knead elastic dough that does not stick to hands.
