Beets with garlic sauce
Wanted to try this appetizer of Greek cuisine. And yesterday finally decided, because I beet I had to use somehow.) But made a slight recipe changes: salt was replaced by soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Lately with contests, where the main character is this sauce, I'm so addicted to it that now everywhere it is added!))) Believe me, this is not advertising, but it is really. Snack is loved by all my family. Try it, maybe you'll like it!

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

It is necessary to boil beet and potatoes. How to cook beets and potatoes, I hope everyone knows. Therefore, details missing))) Potato broth NOT to POUR!!! The broth needed for the gravy! PS I did my snack at half the rate. I.e., the amount of all ingredients were taken in two times less.

Beets clean. Coarsely chop and add to the salad bowl (in a bowl). Drizzle with olive oil.

Now all the ingredients for the garlic sauce: garlic, potatoes, potato broth, lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce - put in a food processor, which will prepare the sauce. Garlic sauce should be thick. But, if the sauce is too thick, it is necessary to add a little potato broth.
