Yay! Autumn! And though the sky is crying about the summer, the autumn has its charms! And one such charm for me is the autumnal berry - PERSIMMON! The healing properties of persimmon — like arms of Shiva. First, the fruit strengthens fragile blood vessels and nerve cells, improves mood. Secondly, persimmon improves digestion and has an antibacterial effect. Thirdly, it prevents formation of kidney stones. Fourth, it just cannnnnn delicious! Now persimmon season is just beginning and maybe the fruits are still hard, but it does not matter, you can prepare the tea tasty chips.

  • Persimmon

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

Persimmon cut into thin circles. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, put the persimmon slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then turn over and dry until done (edges will start to curl).
