Warm vegetable salad with buckwheat
Another delicious dish for fasting will give You strength and energy. Very tasty and healthy. In normal (not fast) the afternoon has proved itself as a side dish to meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

My peppers, put them in a baking sheet and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes until blackening of the skin, periodically overturn. Then put them in a sealed plastic bag for 10 minutes (in order to poparilis and easier you can remove the skin).

The zucchini and cut diagonally into thin slices.

Fry in skillet zucchini with onions. Ideally it is better to make on the grill pan, but I do on normal. Roasted vegetables are sent to the buckwheat.
