Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add the flour, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. If flour is not enough, then add a little extra to the dough turned out thick, but not too steep. I have to say – I do not know what kind of glass was previously used, but one Cup (200 grams) of flour was not enough. The dough was watery and the cakes spread on baking sheet. Had to your own risk to add more flour. Most likely, meant faceted glass 250-gram, but in my opinion and this one Cup will be enough. According to the recipe in the dough is added cardamom, but I decided to experiment and added cinnamon.
Baking tray lay a baking paper and primality it. Put the dough with a teaspoon, removing it to another or to squeeze through a culinary bag, like I did. Put the dough at a distance of approximately 3-4 cm.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake gingerbread cookies 12-13 minutes at 180 degrees. Recipe 7-10 minutes was not enough.
Gingerbread to cool and cover with frosting. This is my more...the recipe for gingerbread cookies without the glaze. For the sugar glaze: in a glass pour cold boiled water and dissolve the citric acid in it. Gradually pour the lemon solution into powdered sugar, stirring well.
Cover the cakes with icing and let it dry. Very comfortable to cover with a cooking brush. That's all the gingerbread ready! Delicious, fragrant and very quick to prepare!
