Cooking
To prepare fillets 2 fish (I had cod fillet and filet of sockeye salmon): defrosting, dry. Fillet of sockeye salmon was on the skin - I cut off and saved it I still useful in this recipe to feed!
White fish fillet marinated in a mixture of lime juice and ginger for 20 minutes.
For a fillet of red fish to prepare another marinade: pour boiling water over 1 tsp. of green tea (about 100 ml of water), cool. Dilute miso paste welding (a bit) and well lubricated fish fillet. Leave for 20 min.
Now slice the cod fillet strips
To do the same with fillets of red fish
To weave a "checkerboard" of fillet strips, alternating white and red fish. Gently with a spatula to shift the "twist" on a heated with oil pan. Fry both sides for 2-3 minutes. Pre-marinated fish longer fry is not necessary, and then dry.
Now I decided to use fish skin. Usually we throw out. But the Japanese do differently... And as of today I have lunch in an Asian style, will follow their example! Cleanse the skin from the scales
and fry it on dry pan on both sides until saaristotie.
Cut the roasted skin into 2 parts and each cut out with scissors on the heart. These are the "Valentine"! (By the way - very tasty! As chips!)
Now on a dry pan lightly fry the sesame seeds.
Lay the table. Place the fish on the plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, add a little greenery, wasabi and "Valentine". As I said above, I have for lunch.. soup and invite the beloved to the table.
A small digression: this is our Matveyka draws "Valentine". I outlined to him the outlines of hearts, and he paints. Then I cut and laid out on our table. Dad is touched by!
