Offer a simple and affordable recipe frikadelle in tomato sauce. Cook them in a frying pan. Tender, juicy, flavorful. Can be used with any side dish. But we prefer as a separate dish.

Cooking
To prepare mince, meat mince, add egg, onion (I whipped in a blender), salt, pepper, spices, semolina.
Knead well and leave for 20 minutes to semolina swollen.
Moisten hands with water and shape the meat balls (size of your choice), taking care not to compress them too much.
Fry frikadelli in vegetable oil, lightly browned on all sides. Fried of frickadele on a platter.
In a pan pour water, bring to a boil, add the tomatoes in own juice, tomato paste, salt, sugar (to neutralize acid), butter, pepper. Stew on low heat for 5 min.
In the sauce put frickadele (sauce covers frikadelli half), in a circular motion, rotating the pan, mix well so the sauce got on them, and stew 10 minutes at low heat without closing the lid. Chop the parsley, turn off the heat and add it to frikadele. I have El. oven it still keeps warm. If you have a gas stove you will not sweat for 10min and 15. If you need more sauce, take the water 200 ml.
